Q2. Can I have a free sample for the ceramic mug?
A: We normally charge the open mold fee for $100, after you placed the order we will refund you $100 sampling fees.
Q3. What about the sample lead time?
A: It usually takes about 5dys, but in peak season it will takes longer about 7dys.
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for ceramic mug order?
A:We can freely offer you a sample which are the samples that we are available at the moment.

Q5: What should we pay more attention when we use the color changing mugs ?
A: Not suitable for dishwasher and microwave Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight or dipping the mug in water for long time. Do not scratch the mug with metals or other hard substances
Q6: How long of the color changing effect can keep?
A: -For hot changing mugs, when the water become cold which is lower to 45 degree, the design will go back as before.- For cold changing mugs, when the water become hot which is over 17 degree, the design will go back as before.
