Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in color box for single piece, then master carton for export. The color box design can also provided by customer, we can discuss this issue before order confirmation.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: Usually, T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We can show you ready packed goods before balance due.
Q3. How about the delivery time?
A: Standard sample is 7 to 10 days, OEM sample is about 15-30 days.
Mass production is 45 to 60 days after down paymetn, The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q4. How can I make sure your quality? May I start from sample order first?
A: You can start from sample order to test the quality and get approval based on long term cooperation.
